Responsible for growth in the European market within the "Technical Management" business unit
Develop the market strategy in close cooperation with OSM Thome Top Management
Manage the business development team. This including responsibility for:

Prepare and execute market strategy
Win shipmanagment contracts from new clients
Cross sell the OSM Thome brand, including crew management and marine services to new and existing customers
Adapt to shift in market situations and seek new ventures
Keep close contact with industrial stakeholders such as Ship Brokers, Yards, Ship Designers, Classification Societies, Flag states, Industrial bodies
Travel globally, especially within the EU-region. This to meet potential clients and participate in conferences, exhibitions and network sessions

Qualifications

Background and network witin the shipping industry
Experienced within sales, contract negotiations and business development
Marine/technical knowledge would be an advantage
