- Planning and coordinating Field Service jobs and projects, ensuring quality of job preparations and subsequently controlling the field service works execution.
- Acting as point of contact for customers throughout work orders, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Following up and reporting work order statuses to customers and other stakeholders.
- Continuously updating the tools used for Field Service management and reporting.
- Ensuring that service jobs are completed within agreed time frame and budget.
- Closely cooperating with other departments and stakeholders to meet defined targets.
- Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with local requirements, site procedures, and Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
- Providing input to development of HSE processes, tools, competencies, and ways of working to secure stakeholder satisfaction and secure defined targets.
- MSc or BSc in Engineering or relevant work experience to compensate for lack of formal education.
- Experience with Project Management, coordination, or similar roles.
- Technical know-how and general knowledge of Wärtsilä products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and structured approach to work, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Customer-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Strong Norwegian and English language skills, both spoken and written.
