Lead Developer - Oslo (Norwegian-speaking) Tech stack: .NET, Azure, KubernetesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Developer who wants to take ownership of backend development and play a key role in shaping technical direction. This position combines hands-on engineering with architectural influence and team guidance. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and modern backend services in .NET and Azure.Responsibilities*Design and develop backend services using .NET
*Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure
*Work with Kubernetes and container-based environments
*Lead architectural discussions and technical decision-making
*Mentor developers and contribute to team growth
*Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
*Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teamsRequirements*Strong experience with .NET and backend development
*Solid understanding of Azure cloud services
*Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools
*Ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions
*Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others
*Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken)
