In this role, you will take a central position in shaping the technical direction of a modern platform used to support sustainable operations across the industry. You will lead development efforts end-to-end, ensuring robust architecture, high-quality code, and effective collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions built on .NET, React, and Azure.
  • Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and cloud-first best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and domain specialists to translate requirements into technical plans.
  • Mentor developers, support code reviews, and promote engineering excellence within the team.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and development workflows.
  • Ensure secure, reliable integrations and high-performance application delivery.
Required Experience
  • Strong professional background in full-stack development using .NET and React.
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience leading development initiatives or acting as a technical reference point in a team.
  • Ability to work in English within a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in building long-term, high-impact solutions.
