Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
- Demonstrated experience driving change in digital environments, including technology adoption, digital ways of working, and data-enabled decision-making.
- Change Management Strategy – Develop and execute change strategies aligned with the company’s overall goal, establish best practices, and provide leadership to ensure successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Advise senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Operations, Communications), and drive alignment with business priorities.
- Communication, Training & Culture – Lead communication and training initiatives to support change adoption, partnering with HR and Communications to foster an agile and innovative culture.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Define success metrics, monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine change strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Governance & Best Practices – Ensure structured change management frameworks, methodologies, and governance to drive consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
Job RequirementsWhat you’ll need
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6 + years of experience in change management, project management, organizational development, or business transformation.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in large-scale organizational change, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives.
