The current Industrial architecture team consists of 5-7 people in Stockholm and Riga. The key stakeholder includes CPOs, Engineering Managers & Tech Leads & sometime direct business users primarily based in Stockholm, Riga, Copenhagen or Espoo.Who are you?You are a curious and collaborative architect with strong communication skills, able to bring stakeholders together in a common direction. Through your experience, you know how to create anchored architectural roadmaps and ensure their execution across teams, domains, and business areas. Earlier in your career, you worked as a developer and built a solid technical foundation that you have continuously maintained. You bring strong knowledge of Microsoft based technologies and have practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, enabling you to make well-grounded architectural decisions.You have:Significant experience driving architecture end-to-end, including mentoring solution architects, following up on architectural deliveries, and ensuring alignment with agreed principles and target states in a fast paced environment where strategic thinking and operational support go hand in hand.Comfortability to work hands-on with solution architecture, while keeping responsibility for the broader architectural picture.Strong ability to relate architectural decisions to business needs, and you excel in the intersection between business and IT.
