- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, positioning Huawei as their trusted partner for network modernization.
- Lead business development and sales projects, including contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Identify and develop innovative business models based on customer needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with internal teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Develop long-term business strategies, fostering strategic partnerships and profitable opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to achieve business goals.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Telecom/ IT Infrastructure (Operator or Vendor side).
- Proven track record in large-scale Network Infrastructure Sales in competitive markets.
- Strong business acumen with deep insight into customer priorities.
- Excellent key account management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to align customer needs with profitable business solutions.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
