- Participate in the full software development lifecycle as part of a global Agile team
- Write, test, and maintain code for application features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement fixes
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and design solutions
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices
- Explore and experiment with emerging technologies including AI and automation
- And other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (recent graduate or final year student)
- Foundation in programming concepts and software development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to dig into complex technical challenges
- Exposure to Java or similar object-oriented programming languages (academic or personal projects count!)
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Genuine curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership of your work
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Interest or coursework in AI/Machine Learning
- Any cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS)
- Quick learner who embraces new challenges and technologies
- Problem solver who enjoys investigating and understanding how things work
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to grow professionally
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed
