- Act as the first line of support for Norwegian-speaking clients, managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and effectively resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system.
- Educate clients on product capabilities and provide guidance to navigate technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for escalation of complex problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and service offerings to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a technical support or service desk role is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot client issues.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with service desk software and IT management platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A drive to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.
