• Run and maintain HSE systems --- making sure everything related to health, safety, and environment is working smoothly.
• Handle certifications --- like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including audits and renewals.
• Be the go-to expert --- offering advice and support to improve safety systems and programs.
• Work with regional teams --- helping them stay compliant and continuously improve.
• Support new sites --- making sure they meet certification standards or manage the process if a certification is withdrawn.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline - experience may compensate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and compliance practices
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• NEBOSH, CSP, CSHO, or equivalent HSE certifications
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Project management skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
