BDM will develop and execute commercial strategies, lead sales and marketing teams, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has offshore and project management experience in Axess and leadership skills.The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing the sales strategy for Axess Digital. This executive will develop and implement commercial strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new market opportunities and ensure the company's products and services meet customer needs.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement best practices in sales operations, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Expand the company's presence in existing markets and explore new ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market position and capabilities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial performance.
  • Report regularly to the executive team on progress and adjustments to the strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engieering or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
