The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Methods Engineer to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure highway projects.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.The role:The Methods Engineer will be in charge to propose and develop, in coordination with Construction and Design department, specific phasing and corresponding methods of construction in accordance with the Project Planning and Budget. His very first priority will consist on the identification and localisation of all the constraints to be resolved to allow the expected phasing and construction program.ProjectThe infrastructure project is based in Kristiansand in Norway and consist of the construction of a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin's tunnels the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 4 years.Duties and Responsibilities:-Zoning plan and constraints identification-Installation plans and drawings-Phasing sequences with all the required details-Preliminary design for roads diversion-Temporary works drawings and design principles-Specific construction methods for structure-Alternatives solutions-Risks and Opportunities relative to methods and phasingDeliveries:- Method statements- Phasing drawings in 2D (Autocad or similar)- Phasings in 3D (Solibri, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar), based on design models (IFC or STEP files).Requirements- Civil Engineering degree- 5 years of experience in construction and methods in similar highway projectsBenefits/Package
