In this role, you’ll lead and build a team of Growth Software Engineers focused on user engagement, activation, and adoption across our AI-powered design platform.You’ll stay technically engaged—contributing to production systems when needed—while primarily focusing on growing a high-impact team and driving a strong growth engineering culture.We believe there is a better way to design our cities. Your work will directly impact how users discover value quickly and succeed in their design workflows.About the RoleAs Engineering Manager for Growth, you will build and lead a team dedicated to improving user journeys across the Forma ecosystem—from onboarding and activation to long-term engagement.You will join a cross-functional team, working in a highly experimental, data-driven environment.
