Find out more about Eaton!As Senior Engineer, you will be one of the primary technical resources for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sales department. You will anticipate the needs of both our sales colleagues and their customers, proactively solving engineering challenges and ensuring a seamless sales-to-execution process. Key responsibilities include collaborating on project specifications, preparing technical proposals and presentations, supporting customer meetings, and resolving engineering issues related to low voltage systems in commercial and industrial building projects.## What you’ll do:As Senior Engineer you will be designing and specifying Eaton’s xEnergy Main Low Voltage (LV) system for large-scale projects such as datacenters, hospitals, airports, and other critical infrastructure. This includes tailoring solutions to meet demanding technical requirements, ensuring reliability, and supporting seamless integration for these complex environments.Further responsibilities:
  • Building Relationships with Priority Specifying Entities.
  • Drafting Initial Concepts.
  • Communicating with Internal Stakeholders.
  • Regular Check-in Calls with Customer Contacts.
  • Conducting Business Reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Optimizing & Standardizing Specification Processes.
  • Participating in Industry Events & Networking.
## Qualifications:
  • Professional Technician or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields of study.
  • Relevant work experience in electrical design, electrical projects, low voltage switchboards - documentation, quotation, drawings and related activities.
  • Experience with Febdok or similar tool for designing, calculating, and documenting low-voltage electrical installations.
  • Understanding NEK regulations for Low Voltage switchboards.
  • Proficient in Norwegian & English languages
  • Accountability: You take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaboration: You work well with others, supporting team success through effective communication and cooperation.
  • Customer Focus: You prioritize customer needs and work to build strong relationships.
