This is a hands-on role where you will build pipeline, drive outbound activity, run product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers. The company leverages AI tools heavily in the top of the funnel (prospecting, lead sourcing, sequencing), allowing you to focus on qualification, relationship building, and closing.The role is suited for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and enjoys building commercial structure and momentum from the ground up.Key Responsibilities
- Build and own a strong sales pipeline from scratch
- Drive outbound sales and lead qualification
- Run product demos and manage the full sales cycle
- Convert prospects into customers in complex B2B environments
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations
- Work closely with product and technical teams to understand customer needs
- Contribute to expansion into new markets and segments
You likely have:
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS or technology
- A track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong outbound capabilities and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working in a startup environment with high ownership
- Ability to sell into organisations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience from construction, infrastructure, or heavy equipment industries
- International sales experience
- Familiarity with AI tools in sales workflows
