- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
