Customer Partnership & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Asia, managing relationships with stakeholders across technical, operational, and business teams.
Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring customers adopt Shoreline solutions effectively.
Proactively engage with customers through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Value Delivery & Adoption
Partner with customers to understand their goals and KPIs, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable impact.
Support customers in setting up and managing complex simulations and projects using Shoreline’s platform, respond to customers inquiries and provide clear guidance on product features.
Share best practices, use cases, and insights to drive adoption and expansion.Issue Resolution & Advocacy
Work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve issues, coordinating with Product and Engineering for escalations.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing structured feedback to guide product roadmap and feature development.Growth & Retention
Monitor customer health and proactively mitigate churn risks.
Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with Sales to drive upsell and expansion initiatives.Who you areYou are passionate about renewable energy, technology, and customer success. You are comfortable working across cultures, and you’re energized by the opportunity to support the green transition in Asia.Background & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management role in an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
Experience in renewable energy (wind industry experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with CMMS, O&M, or construction of wind turbine projects is a plus.Skills & Qualifications
Fluent or native-level Japanese speaker, with strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Additional Asian languages are an advantage.
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
